• Patients may book tests or request home sample collection via our website, phone, or walk-in facility.
• It is the responsibility of the patient to provide accurate details such as name, address, phone number, and preferred collection time.
• Patients are advised to follow pre-test instructions carefully (for example, fasting requirements) as informed by our staff or mentioned in the test guidelines.
• In cases of incorrect information, unavailability at the given address, or cancellation without prior notice, rescheduling or additional service charges may apply.
• Our collection team follows strict hygiene and bio-safety protocols during home visits. However, patients must ensure a safe and suitable environment for sample collection.
